explain how these documents fit together to create a joined‑up, compliant practice that supports transparency, trust and ethical working
explore the internal compliance documents EPs must maintain, such as DPIAs, Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), decision logs, data breach procedures and AI policies
show you how to embed GDPR, safeguarding and HCPC requirements into your documentation in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your values
highlight the clauses that protect your IP, define your scope of work, manage expectations and reduce risk
discuss how to create accessible, neurodiversity‑affirming client information sheets and consent materials
